Subcontractors Requirements
Before bidding on one of our projects, all subcontractors must meet certain requirements. Your company must be currently insured (see insurance requirements). In some circumstances your company must be bondable. You will be asked to provide us with a W-9. You must be able to meet certain financial requirements that will allow you to pay suppliers and employees in a timely manner. Payment will be based on your contract, usually net 30. If you would like to be placed on our bid list, please complete the Subcontractor Registration form. Insurance Requirements: - All certificates of insurance must be from a reputable insurer and where possible on an ACCORD form. All information must be typed; no handwritten notes will be accepted.
- The Policyholder must be in the name of the company or individual doing work and it must match the W9 form. The Policyholder address must match the address on the W9 form.
- Your coverage dates must be current and up to date. For example if work is started on May 1, 2006, the policy must be in effect on that date and through the end of your scheduled work.
- D. C. Ecker Construction must be listed as additionally insured.
- The Certificate Holder must be listed as D. C. Ecker Construction, 1990-C Old Covington Rd, Conyers, GA 30013.
- An authorized representative of the insurance company must sign the certificate.
- We must be given 30 days written notice in case of cancellation.
- Failure to provide an up to date certificate of insurance will result in a surcharge equal to the cost to cover your company plus administrative fees.

- Comprehensive General Liability
- Bodily Injury $1,000,000
- Property Damage $1,000,000
- Comprehensive Auto Liability $1,000,000
